Yes, Porn Images, Virtual Sex, but also Nokia ringtoner, Norton antivirus, Security update atc. You can read it in detail info about Commwarrior.
How to fix I just posted the info in Caribe thread, but it is almost the same for you: The best way to get rid of Commwarrior is to download F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus. The link is at the end of that article. It is free for 30 days and it can clean your phone. Then follow this precautions, so you will not get the Commwarrior in the future. Let us know if there were any complications with desinfection of your phone. Which country are you from? Which cell phone are you using? |

| It is very easy to Delete the CommWarrior file from your cell.. All you need is File Explorer Software for your cell phone.. Open C:\ system \ updates In this you wil find 3 CommWarrior files.. Delete all of them.. Then only you are free from the virus | |

| I had Commwarrior sent via bluetooth while on holiday in croatia. No that Im back home my phone is trying to send messages without me knowing during the night. Luckily I can never get any signal in my area so when I wake up I get about 10 "message sending failed" alerts. Does anyone else get this | |

1. Are you sure it was not sending messages in Croatia?
2. Even if you have no signal in your area, it can spread over bluetooth if you go out. |

| I picked up the virus on holiday as well, It attempted to send the messages as soon as I got it. FREE SEX is the message that is being sent. I ended having to switch off my phone to prevent passing it on. Have downloaded teh f-secure antivirus for my nokia 6670, which seems to have removed the commwarrior.A but not the .B version. Have just downloaded the removal tool to see if this works. | |

Hi
I'm not sure if I've got a virus on my phone or not! It's a Motorola V635, which I've had for approx. 6 months. In the last few days, I've had an icon in the top left of the screen next to the signal strength bars which looks like an 'E' with a green and red bar next to each other, underneath the 'E'. I've never seen it before, and it does go if I turn my phone off, only to return within a short time. Any advice or info would be a great help. Thanks in advance. |

| Mattuproar - UK - I was sat watching TV a few weeks ago with my girlfriend at her house when I started receiving all these bluetooth msgs containing the install info for "Commwarrior", I deleted every msg - but they just kept coming until I turned my bluetooth off! Then a week or so later was at my gf's again and same thing happened - now I have just looked "Commwarrior" up on the internet and found ur site - I thought bluetooth could only spread over a limited area?? So how can I be receiving these msgs while at home? Im not sure if my phone has been infected or not? How can I tell for sure? | |

Is it possible to remove commwarrior.a from my pc???
Who?? I`ve installed a bluetooth device in my PC and i can`t "use it" because i`m affraid that commwarior.a infects my phone... yeah i got a message already that he`s trying to connect by bluetooth with devices... I know this cause my Pc anti virus (Mc Afee) recognises it but only deletes the temporary files that commwarrior.a creates in my PC....I need help. |
